After a weekend full of weddings, fun, and then hours stuck at the airport, I’m trying to take advantage of the gym at the hotel I am staying at.

Workout: 4 miles, 1 hour on a treadmill. I tried the elliptical, I only lasted 5 minutes, my bad knee cannot handle the motion. ugh. At least I know that ellipticals are not for me!

Weight, no clue, no scale.

Workout: Walked 6 miles (two with the pups, then four without)

Weight: 136. Things are not going in the right direction. v. frustrating!

Workout: Tons of steps on the lab tour, and did 30 day shred, level 3 for the first time.

Weight: 135.5, blarg =( Though I have been sick and unable to work out for two days (I think it was food poisoning). Back on my feet now.

Well, other than the wonderful reward of being healthier I need to decide on a reward.

Without talking to the hubby first, so pending approval, I think that the reward will be a weekend vacation/getaway. Whether it be our old college town or a nearby getaway, it will be a treat to spend a few nights away and celebrate.

Today’s workout: 30 Day Shred, Level 2.
My plan is to be good, while I head to wine country tonight for a bachelorette party.
